Every other month I do a one-page comic for D Magazine [link] with David Hopkins [link] (Emily Edison, Astronaut Dad, Karma Incorporated) called Souvenir of Dallas. It's just a humorous kind of guide to the city and all of the wonderful places and people in the Big D.
The very first Souvenir of Dallas to appear in D Magazine. It was a pretty cool experience, acting like a journalist, attending a restaurant opening and being treated like we were somehow important. Listening to middle-aged drunk people while David wrote down what they were saying, trying not to get caught drawing folks in the crowd for "reference" and getting hammered on a bottle of expensive wine was pretty cool too.
